April Lee

Lead and SMTM Game Host

Jane Coughlan

Senior Associate, Education, Supporting Roles Interactive Training Inc.

A dynamic educator of teens and teachers for over 25 years, Jane became involved with Bay Street Deconstructed in 2016 and was instrumental in national expansion deliveries. While centrally assigned she was part of TDSB’s Leadership Team for several years, active in the Ontario Ministry of Education's Career Development and Student Success initiatives and most recently at Kâpapâmahchakwêw - Wandering Spirit School where Indigenous students are educated within Anishinaabe cultural tradition. She co-authored WorkSmart, (Gr. 10 Career Studies textbook and Teachers Guide) and ThinkSmart (Gr. 11 and 12 Advanced Learning Strategies textbook), and was the project lead and co-author of both Discovering the Workplace, and Career Studies Credit Recovery Course for TDSB.

April is a professional actor, writer and Lead Show Me the Money Game Host. She has been passionately reaching thousands of Canadian students with this program since 2018. April now also leads the charge of expanding outreach and is our educator contact. She is consistently highly rated by educators and students across the country.

Shayna Burns

SMTM Game Host

Shayna is a professional actor, performer and Show Me the Money Game Host. Shayna connects with students of all ages and is highly rated by educators across the country. She has worked on various deliveries with the team since 2019 and is always well received.

Mina James

SMTM Game Administrator

Mina works to support the SMTM Game through tracking and reporting various data from the game itself, determining all the student winners, student surveys and trends.  She assists with outreach to educators and reports on their survey responses. Our team and board monitor this information regularly and are responsive to key trends for continuous improvement. Mina has been involved with SMTM Game since 2023.

Anne Coughlan

Founder, Supporting Roles Interactive Training Inc.

Anne has been involved with the SMTM Game and Bay Street Deconstructed since the pilot in 2014. Her global firm provides professional development programs in the Financial Services sector at all levels; from the SMTM Game’s secondary students to Ivey Business School’s HBAs, MBAs, AMBAs, EMBAs, and Ivey’s Executive Development cohorts, to leaders at institutions like BMO, CIBC, Deloitte, HSBC, KPMG, OMERS, OTPP, PwC, RBC, Scotiabank, and TD. www.supportingroles.com

Eileen Jurczak

(MBA, CFA) – CHAIR

Eileen Jurczak is the Founder of Bay Street Deconstructed, the company that runs the Show Me The Money program.  Eileen currently works as a Director in Investment Banking with TD Securities and previously worked as a Director on the Trading Floor with BMO Capital Markets. She has a number of years of experience across numerous Financial Services areas, such as Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Private Equity.  In 2018, Eileen was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence.  Eileen is also the Founder & CEO of Xonic Golf, an award-winning AI/tech startup that helps golfers improve their game.

Denise Hartford

(B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed.)

Denise Hartford heads the Economics course at Havergal College.  She has initiated and supported a number of financial literacy programs in the school and in the broader community. She came to Havergal College in 2001 after putting her Economics degree to use in a number of business positions.

Heather-Anne Irwin

(Hons B. Sc. Eng., MBA)

Heather-Anne Irwin is an Adjunct Professor of Finance with the Rotman School of Management, as well as a Corporate Director on several boards. She teaches graduate level finance courses in Rotman’s MBA, and Master of Finance programs.  Prior to Rotman she spent 17 years in the capital markets, including Equity Capital Markets at TD Securities Inc., Investment Banking, M&A and Debt Capital Markets at Nesbitt Burns (Burns Fry), and Fixed Income and Private Placements at Citicorp.  She is the founding President and a current Advisory Council Member of Women in Capital Markets.

Heather Johnstone

(B. Comm., B.Ed.)

Heather Johnstone is Director of Guidance and University Counselling with Havergal College, where she has led a number of initiatives to bring mentorship and career information into the school. Prior to joining Havergal in 2005, she taught business curriculum with the Upper Grand District School Board and York Region School Board.

Martha Fell

(ICD.D, GCB.D, B Comm)

Martha Fell currently serves as an Independent Corporate Director on several boards, following her career at CIBC World Markets on the bond trading floor. From 2008 to 2013, Martha served as the first CEO of VersaFi (formerly Women in Capital Markets), where she championed initiatives to elevate women into positions of leadership across the industry. Martha was recognized in 2012, as one of WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada for her work in equity and inclusion. In addition Martha is an entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Jaxx & Marbles, a Canadian home and cottage décor brand.

Stephanie Cera Amenta

(Honours B.A.) 

Stephanie Cera Amenta currently works at Hatch as the Global Head of Campus Talent Acquisition where she is responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of Hatch’s enterprise-wide global Campus programs. Prior to Hatch,  Stephanie led Campus recruitment at SunLife and OMERS. In addition, she worked at the Rotman School of Management as the Director, Career Services for the Professional MBA and Specialized programs. Stephanie has 28 years of Financial Services experience from TD and CIBC where she held progressive roles leading teams in Retail Distribution, Marketing, and Human Resources. 

Sandra Baglione

(MBA, FICB)

Sandra Baglione is currently the Head of the Learning & Development Centres of Excellence at RBC.   She is responsible for learning Design and Delivery, Content Management, Reporting & Analytics and Vendor Management. Previously, Sandra was Head of Deposit and Payment Operations with BMO Financial Group and Managing Director of BMO’s corporate learning facility (Institute for Learning), where she was accountable for enterprise learning delivery operations.
